Splendid Soirées was founded by Lillian Myezwa, whose journey into event planning began over a decade ago. What started as organising events for friends, family, and community groups quickly revealed a natural ability to create well-executed, memorable experiences.

As demand for her work grew, Lillian recognised an opportunity to build a more structured and impactful offering. Drawing on her professional experience working for one of the world’s leading global brands, she brought a strategic lens into the business — with a deep understanding of corporate branding, audience engagement, and the role events play in shaping perception and driving impact.
